A national care provider is seeking a Deputy Manager for their SEMH Children’s Home in Oswaldtwistle. Salary : £35,375 - £37,625 depending on experience
Annual Bonus : £1750 per annum
Hours : 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Hawthorn is a specialist residential home for children with SEMH that houses up to 3 young people, either male or female aged 11-17.
We are seeking to appoint a deputy manager to join our team at Hawthorn Children’s Home in East Lancashire. Our Children’s home is located in between Accrington and Oswaldtwistle, easily accessible from the M65 and surrounding areas such as Preston, Blackburn, and Burnley.
This position is not shift work, does not have sleep ins and is working Monday to Friday. There may on occasions be the requirement to pick up if required to meet the needs of the young people in the home. Sleep ins are paid at an additional £45 per sleep in.

This is a permanent position, if you have right to work but with an expiry date, we are more than welcome to receive your application but please note you would only be eligible for an interim contract linked to your RTW expiry.
