A children's residential care provider is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead teams and provide therapeutic care for young people with learning disabilities and emotional difficulties. The ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in a senior role, possess NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, and have strong leadership skills. Job Title: Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Radstock, Bath
Salary: £35,276 per annum (includes 1 sleep-in per week)
Working Hour: Mix of 07:30–21:30 (on shift) and 08:30–16:30 (admin shifts)
Number of Sleeps Required: 1 per week
Pay Per Sleep: £63
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with Learning Disabilities and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in a children’s residential care setting as a Senior Support Worker
