Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Children's Home.
  • Provide care and support to children and young people with diverse backgrounds and needs, including Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
  • Support and guide care staff in delivering high-quality, individualised care.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans in collaboration with external professionals and families.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and stakeholders to promote effective communication and partnership.
  • Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, identifying and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with statutory requirements.

Candidate Requirements
