Deputy Service Manager - Stone Cross - £28,217.00 per annum

Deputy Service Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Deputy Service Manager to join us in leading our residential service in Stone Cross. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in their daily lives
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments
  • Recruit and induct new colleagues
  • Complete supervisions/appraisals
  • Complete medication competencies and medication audits
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Complete reports and assist the Registered Manager in day-to-day service management
  • Participate in the on-call rota (subject to service needs)

You will also take part in the on-call rota (although this may be subject to change depending on the needs of the service).

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a care management role
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
