Deputy Manager - Children's Residential Home

I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential Home.

We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager who can assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home, as well as support the staff team woth daily tasks.

• Assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (Or equivalent)
• Prior experience as Deputy Manager of a Residential Home (Preferred)
• Strong staff management skills

• Good understanding about Ofsted regulations
