A leading elderly care provider in Huntingdonshire is seeking a Deputy Manager to ensure the effective operation of a person-centred care home. Key responsibilities include supporting the General Manager, managing staff, monitoring resident wellbeing, and ensuring adherence to care standards. Candidates should have at least two years of management experience in a care environment and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This role will contribute to a safe and caring environment for residents.

Your focus as Care Home Deputy Manager will be to support the General Manager in running a compliant and effective care home that provides high-quality, person-centred care, while meeting professional and statutory standards and commercial targets. You will provide inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensure medication policies and procedures are followed, monitor resident wellbeing, and complete audits and reports.
