Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 3 NVQ required in relevant childcare qualification.
  • Experience as Team Leader or Deputy Manager in children's residential homes.
  • Experience in Ofsted regulated settings with children.

  • Salary is 38,000 per annum
  • Located in Harrow, HA1
  • Deputy Manager will support staff, promote independence, encourage recreational activities both within and outside the community, and advocate for service users.
