Responsibilities
  • Driving forward high-quality Apprenticeship, Adult and Higher Education programmes
  • Leading and supporting staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and industry-relevant resources
  • Monitoring performance and ensuring learners get the very best results
  • Working with the Head of Curriculum to develop, deliver and grow cutting edge programmes, which meet the needs of all learners
Qualifications
  • A curriculum relevant Level 6 or professional qualification of an equivalent level
  • PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
  • GCSE C/9-4 or equivalent in English and Maths
  • A Management qualification or equivalent training is desirable but not essential
