Key responsibilities
  • The post holder reports to the Estates Business Partner and is responsible for day‑to‑day management of the Site teams in the Midlands hub as directed.
  • To support the EBP in the development and implementation of the Midland’s Estates Strategy including the production of Premises Development Plans and site documents.
  • To proactively support the Trust in providing a high quality, value for money, safe environment for staff, students and visitors.
  • Work with the Academies and lead site teams to ensure compliant and safe environments at all times.
  • Support the EBP to effectively manage estates‑related risk across the hubs.
  • Support the EBP with the development of staff across the hub by identifying and organising both in‑house and external training programmes.
Pay range

£41,771.00 - £46,142.00

Hours per week

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Qualifications and Skills
  • Facilities Management qualification to Level 4 or above
