A leading healthcare organization in London seeks a Deputy Electrical Manager to oversee electrical maintenance activities. The successful candidate will supervise maintenance teams, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage communication with stakeholders. A solid technical background in electrical systems is essential, along with experience in supervisory roles. This position is critical in maintaining high operational standards and supporting continuous improvement.
The Deputy Electrical Manager plays a key supporting role within Chelsea and Westminster NHS Foundation Trust’s Estates and Facilities team, assisting in the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of electrical systems across the estate. Reporting to the Electrical Manager, the postholder will supervise day-to-day electrical maintenance activities, ensuring planned and reactive works are carried out to high standards and in accordance with statutory regulations, NHS HTM guidance, and Trust policies. This role requires a solid technical background in electrical systems, with responsibility for coordinating frontline maintenance teams, supporting Safe Systems of Work, and contributing to compliance monitoring. The Electrical Supervisor will assist in the delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring timely task completion and accurate reporting through the CAFM system.
