Role Overview

This role will be accountable for:

• Developing and managing the relevant short, medium and long-term strategies for delivery of infrastructure, cyber security and end user support to NICE
• Directing the infrastructure, cyber security, end user services and IT operations functions within the organisation that is tasked with:
• Establishing and maintaining stable and secure infrastructure services for NICE
• Ensuring plans for ongoing infrastructure and end users services achieve business goals, performance targets and agreed service levels
• Ensuring appropriate system and processes are in place to enable the day-to-day IT operations, improvement and transformation programmes, and implementation of technical strategies
• Planning, testing and implementing the disaster recovery/business continuity plans for NICE infrastructure
• Deputise and stand in for the CIO as and when required in internal and external forums, bodies including NICE Executive Team and board
• Act as NICE Deputy Cyber Information Security Officer (CISO)

Senior Leadership and Strategy

The Deputy Director of Infrastructure, Cyber and IT Operations will be a key member of the Digital, Information and Technology directorate's senior team, taking an active role in shaping the strategy and governance of the Directorate. The role will be accountable for the delivery of the infrastructure, cyber and IT operations functions of the organisation, ensuring smooth running with a minimum of risk or disruption. The role will actively support NICE's digital and technology portfolio and programme of on‑going digital transformation.
