• Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and/or mental health issues.
• Experience in supervisory roles in a care setting would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of support workers.
• Maintain effective communication and confidentiality with service users and families.
• Participate in the implementation of individual support plans.
