Cherry Professional are currently working with a market leading Material Handling company. They are looking for a Depot Manager to join their close knit and thriving team.

Responsibilities

• Full management of depot operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team to deliver outstanding results.
• Managing P&L
• Optimise depot layout, maintain a clean and organised environment, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure staff are trained and confident in new systems and processes.
• Uphold and champion Health & Safety standards, compliance, and best practices.
• Manage the forklift service budget
• Ensuring SLA’s are adhered to
• Maintaining high levels of health and safety within the service department environments i.e. workshops, office and customer sites.
• Keeping our staff safe is important to us and you will be a key member of the leadership team
• Carry out service team 1-2-1 / appraisals to ensure visibility of performance and employee engagement
