A recruitment agency is seeking a part-time Depot Administrator for Highway Maintenance in Kings Langley. This role involves confirming road space permits, assisting in job sheet creation, and updating repair schedules. Depot Administrator Highway Maintenance
Part Time Contract Role
20 Hours flexible 07.30-09.30 start 3.00PM -4.30PM finish x 4 days
Confirming road space & Permits prior to repair
Assisting with creating job sheets and programming repairs
Data Input updating repair schedules
Must have good EXCEL experience
Liaising with repair teams by email and telephone
General administration
Working with other systems, but training will be given.
