Role Overview:
  • Excel in dental sales and being able to help drive the clinic forward.
  • Setting up and supporting in the project management of a new side of the business, 'Wellness.'
  • Primary point of contact for all new clients, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
  • Coordinate New Patient journey by managing schedules, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation and reports as required by management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence efficiently.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for patients by providing exceptional customer service at all times
