About the Role

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide a high-quality reception and administration service, ensuring excellent patient care and smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide reception and administrative support to patients and the dental team
  • Ensure compliance with practice policies and GDC guidelines
  • Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and clinicians
  • Liaise with the Practice Manager on administrative and service matters
  • Support and supervise trainee receptionists when required
Requirements
  • Previous dental reception experience desirable but not essential
  • Customer service or reception background required
  • Strong IT skills (SOE software experience desirable)
  • Friendly, outgoing, and professional manner
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team under pressure
  • Flexibility to work evenings and alternate Saturdays
Working Hours
  • Monday and Thursday: 08:00 - 17:30
  • Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
  • Alternate Saturdays: 09:00 - 13:00 or 09:00 - 15:00
