MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice in Southampton to recruit a Dental Practice / Business Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Available as soon as possible.
• Will take notice periods into consideration.
• Independent, fully private practice.
• Full time opportunity – 5 days per week.
• Monday - Friday 8am-6pm.
• £36k - £40k per annum depending on experience.

• Practice require an experienced Dental Practice / Business Manager.
• You will become the CQC registered manager.
• The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, business development, operations, financial management, profit & loss, understand all aspects of the practice, be results driven & target orientated.
• Excellent team player, leadership & organisational skills.
• Practice provides general dentistry alongside Cerec Same Day Crowns & Bridges, Implants, Facial Aesthetics, Invisalign, Suresmile & Hygiene Treatments.
• 3 surgery state of the art dental practice.
• Established for over 30 years

All Dental Practice / Business Managers will have extensive experience of working in dental practices within the UK & hold a valid DBS to be considered.
