Overview

PSR Solutions are working with an established client within the Demolition Sector to recruit a Demolition Project Manager to join their Production team on a permanent basis. This role will be working across Demolition Projects across the West Midlands and Nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the site and structure to determine the best demolition approach, including identifying potential hazards and environmental concerns.
• Develop comprehensive safety protocols and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Obtain all necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
• Develop and implement plans for the safe and efficient removal and disposal or recycling of demolition waste.
• Create and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
