A luxury hotel in London is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join their Michelin-starred Pavyllon team. You will assist in preparing and presenting exceptional dishes, working in a high-paced environment. Ideal candidates have prior experience in fine dining. Qualifications

  • Previous experience as either a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie within a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our Michelin-starred Pavyllon team.

Chef Allénois one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 17 Michelin stars across his nineteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while the chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.

About the Role:

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will work closely with our experienced chefs to deliver exceptional dishes that reflect the artistry and innovation of Pavyllon. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a world-class environment, working with the finest ingredients and modern techniques.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standards
  • Work closely with the Chef de Partie and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards at all times
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
  • Support the training and development of Commis Chefs
What You Bring:
  • Previous experience as either a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie within a Michelin-starred or fine dining environment
  • A passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
