Where does this role fit in?

As the Demand Generation manager at Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), you will be responsible for driving and executing demand generation strategies to support our business growth objectives. This role will require a proactive approach to prospecting, qualifying, and generating pipeline opportunities for ITG. You will lead a team working closely with sales leads and other cross‑functional teams to generate quality leads and nurture prospects throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement omni-channel demand generation strategies and campaigns.
• Pro-actively drive leads into the pipeline through daily activity.
• Manage and provide training / support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts.
• Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue.
• Identify and resolve challenges within the demand generation process to streamline and become more efficient.
• Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop content
