We’re looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to join our growing legal division a role perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality candidate experiences.

About the Role

As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll play a central role in supporting experienced Consultants and Account Managers across a wide range of legal recruitment assignments. Rather than managing your own business development pipeline, your focus will be on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for established client accounts, helping us meet high-volume and high-quality hiring demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source high-quality legal candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and our internal CRM.
  • Conduct detailed screening interviews and assess suitability against client briefs.
  • Manage candidates throughout the process preparing CVs, arranging interviews, providing feedback, and ensuring a smooth journey from initial conversation to placement.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and well-organised candidate records.
