Overview

Our client is a well-established pharmaceutical organisation who enhance and improve the health of millions of people every day.

Our client is looking for a Delivery Manager to oversee the successful delivery of products and services by leading, coaching, and supporting agile teams to achieve their goals.

• Hybrid working (8 days per month in Office)
• Offices based in Canary Wharf
• 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
• £25ph - £27ph
• Temporary for 3 - 6 months

As a Delivery Manager you will manage one or more agile projects.

You'll be adept at delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for your team, planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.

Defining project needs and ensuring resources are appropriately allocated. You will be core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking.

Main responsibilities

• Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management method
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
• Managing a multidisciplinary team
• Actively participating in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice.
