Responsibilities

About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand, delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable customer feedback and ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
• Maintaining high customer service standards
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns
• Vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, depending on branch needs.
