About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They give valuable customer feedback and help us ensure timely delivery of goods.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of a high-performing organization and promoting the company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customers within a mile radius
• Ensuring high levels of customer service
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading your vehicle according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns as required
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintenance
• Assisting in the warehouse when needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the mile radius of the branch
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
