A leading technology training provider based in Salford is seeking a MEGA Delivery Facilitator. This role involves delivering engaging sessions for young learners aged 11-18 on digital and tech careers. The ideal candidate will possess strong classroom management skills, communication abilities, and experience working with youth. The MEGA Delivery Facilitator will play a key part in delivering high-energy, engaging, and impactful sessions to young people aged 11–18 across MEGA Days, AI Academy activities, MEGA Scholarships, and wider outreach events.
This junior role focuses on programme delivery, youth engagement, and supporting curriculum development, ensuring learners have positive, inclusive and inspiring experiences across digital, cyber, and emerging technology themes.
The postholder will deliver content designed by senior curriculum staff, while contributing ideas, feedback, and improvements based on their experience in the classroom. They will act as a relatable role model, helping young people build confidence, curiosity and aspirations in the tech industry.
