Qualifications

• Experience negotiating Commercial Agreements in the Defence and Training Industry.
• Strong record of problem-solving with an ability to drive performance.
• Experience of programme financial management and risk management.
• Good working knowledge of import/export legislation, specifically ITAR.
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management and collaborative working practices.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC level).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate a range of contractual change agreements.
• Administrate complex due diligence activity.
• Develop and deliver innovative commercial solutions.
• Produce business cases for senior management reviews.
