• Have a degree in a relevant technical or management field or suitable equivalent qualifications and experience.
• Are a member of a relevant professional body e.g. Association for Project Management, Project Management Institute.
• Have the ability to make risk‑based decisions where the parameters are unclear.
• Can adapt your leadership style depending upon the audience.
• Have strong leadership skills with the ability to mobilise and inspire.
• Have strong stakeholder management experience.
• Are competent in using the required software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Project Controls across infrastructure projects.
• Review new project proposals and monitor resource plans.
• Identify resourcing requirements to support the programme.
• Provide efficient service to Programme and Project Managers.
• Manage production of the Investment Plan.
