Responsibilities
  • Advise premium customers by phone and email in Arabic and English.
  • Process customer requests from offer preparation to billing, including restaurant/club reservations, gifts, tickets, spa/fitness, yacht, flowers, transport, and sightseeing.
  • Make reservations with restaurants, airlines, hotels, and destination agencies.
  • Prepare tailor‑made offers, travel documents, itineraries, visas, and administrative processing.
  • Proactively inform and inspire customers about exclusive promotions and events.
Qualifications
  • Excellent professional Arabic and English skills (C2 level).
  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent, preferably in tourism.
  • Several years of experience in the travel industry, tour operation, or luxury concierge/hospitality.
  • Knowledge of GDS (preferably Amadeus) and strong destination knowledge.
  • Passion for travel and luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture.
  • Service‑oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and alignment with Ten Group values.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Available full‑time (40 hrs per week).
