Debt Advisory Associate — Advising Sponsors and Corporates across capital and debt raising, focusing mainly on LBOs. Works across the transaction life cycle. West End based Elite Boutique Debt Advisory firm.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice on debt financing and restructuring.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports for clients.
  • Support the execution of debt transactions and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and financial products.
