Dayforce Data Conversion Consultant

Salary : £80K (DOE)

Location : Fully Remote (UK)

Due to a surge in enterprise wins, we’re partnering with a specialist Dayforce consultancy seeking an experienced Dayforce Data Conversion Consultant to join their growing team.

This role suits someone who enjoys the technical detail - mapping, transforming, cleansing, validating, and ultimately delivering clean, accurate data into Dayforce.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and migration workstreams.
• Building and validating data templates for Payroll, HR, WFM, and related modules.
• Handling data quality checks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful cutover.
• Working closely with functional consultants to align data requirements with config decisions.
• Acting as the subject‑matter expert for all things Dayforce data.

What we’re looking for

• Hands‑on Dayforce data conversion experience (essential).
• Strong understanding of Payroll / HR data structures.
• Someone who enjoys complex data challenges and problem‑solving.
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating with wider project teams.
