Overview

Location: Tobermore Concrete Products Ltd, 2 Lisnamuck Road, Tobermore

Tobermore is expanding, this is your opportunity to secure great pay while being part of a growing company.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manual handling tasks
  • Forklift duties
  • Machine plant cleaning
  • General operative tasks
  • Cover various production roles as needed
Shift details

47.5 hours per week, 5 days (Monday - Friday, 7am - 5.30pm)

Induction

Your first week will be on days Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm approx.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Minimum of £643.75 per week / £33,475 per year (based on £12.50 per hour and weekly bonus, based on 47.5 hours per week)
  • Basic rates of pay can increase with skills and competencies
  • Rate of pay will increase to £12.75 after 6 months
  • Annual bonus of up to £1,000 paid out twice per year
  • £500 joining bonus payable after successful probation

About The Role

All Roles Will Include The Following Key Responsibilities
  • Understand production plan.
  • Achieve production targets and achieve efficient cycle times.
  • Using Tobermore Tablet to complete daily check/snag/ batching sheets accurately.
  • Carry out all required cleaning duties at the end of the shift.
  • Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your Manager

  • Forklift Experience
  • Production related administration experience such as check sheets/ computer or Ipad
  • Full and clean driving licence
