Position: Utility

Pay: $17.32 per hour

Hours: Day Shift 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., rotating schedule (2½ days on, 2½ days off; Wednesdays 6‑hour shift; every other weekend off). OT not common.

Location: Plymouth, Indiana

Responsibilities

• Bagging/boxing rolls of bubble wrap
• Put finished goods away
• Help assistant operator
• Assist in the operations of the production lines
• Grind scrap material to be reused or disposed of
• Assist with quality checks and ensure production orders meet specifications
• Bag and place product in designated warehouse areas
• Maintain a clean work area
• Be flexible and willing to be moved to different production lines and areas as needed

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs continuously up to 12 hours a day
• Fast‑paced job; must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift/bend consistently (up to 12 hours)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Steel‑toed boots required
• Must submit to free background checks
• Must pass a drug screen
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule
