A leading arts organization in Glasgow is seeking a Database & Research Officer to enhance fundraising efforts and manage the company database. This full-time, 12-month role involves prospect research, data segmentation, and reporting to support the Advancement team. Candidates should have a track record in fundraising research and a passion for the arts. A competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £29,000 is offered along with great benefits. Flexibility in working hours is available, and the position is based at the Glasgow HQ.
We are looking for a Database & Research Officer to join Scottish Ballet's Advancement team.
This is a new role at Scottish Ballet to help enhance fundraising effectiveness, stewardship and research, leading to increased income through day-to-day management and analysis of the company database, Tessitura.
This role will be a key member of the Advancement team (fundraising) where everything we do aligns with Scottish Ballet's values of excellence, innovation and inclusion.
