Overview

Data Programme Manager / Deputy Head of Data Sussex - Hybrid Outside IR35 - £600 per day

Currently looking for a Data Lead to help take a business from Excel-heavy reporting into the 21st century of data. You’ll be turning raw data into actionable insights, leading a team and helping shape how the organisation works with data.

Responsibilities

• Acting as deputy to the Head of Data
• Moving away from legacy Excel processes towards modern reporting (Power BI, data warehousing, agile ways of working)
• Leading and supporting the data team, creating high-quality data sets, reports, dashboards, and insights
• Establishing data best practices across the organisation

Requirements / Qualifications

• Ideally experience in a Head of Data role or leading teams and establishing agile ways of working across organisations
• Strong experience in Power BI, agile methodology, data warehousing, and team leadership
