Overview

The Manor Academy are looking to appoint an experienced Data Manger to cover maternity leave until December 2026. The role is responsible for overseeing the production of all student reports, including managing the arrangements for their scheduled release to parents and supervising the statutory school census report.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage and develop the school's performance data inclusive of progress and achievement data.
  • Oversee the production of student and statutory reports.
  • Ensure timely release of data to parents and stakeholders.
Requirements & Skills
  • Highly organised and self‑motivated.
  • Significant experience in administration, particularly with analysis of data and production of reports.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data management.
Qualifications & Vetting

An offer of employment will be subject to the receipt of a satisfactory enhanced level DBS disclosure with a children’s barred list check, two satisfactory references and successful completion of vetting procedures.

Salary & Contract

Grade 6 – £30,610 – £33,862 per annum (£33,699 – £37,280 FTE). Working pattern: 37 hours/41 weeks.

Contract term: Maternity Cover until December 2026.
