Data and Information Manager

In this role, you will lead a team of data specialists and take ownership of key information systems and datasets that drive strategic decisions across the business. You will oversee areas such as stock condition information, component lifecycles, M&E registers, Decent Homes data and financial appraisals. You will play a central role in strengthening data quality, developing reporting and insight tools and ensuring the organisation has accurate, reliable information to guide its investment and planning activity.

  • Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
  • Prepare data for upcoming system changes and digital transformation projects
  • Work closely with colleagues across different departments to support organisational decision making
The Person:
  • Background in asset data management, data insights or information systems
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI
  • Understanding of asset management data, financial appraisals or stock performance
