• Can apply basic techniques to blend data sources and run quality checks to prepare data for analysis.
• Has knowledge of basic statistical analysis concepts and where to use them.
• Able to identify, create and present the appropriate data visualizations to address a business problem.
• Be detail-orientated and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

About the Role

The role of the Data Analyst I is to provide support to the STMJ Data & Analytics team to deliver analytics solutions and insights to our internal users. In this role you will be utilising analytics technologies such as SQL, data warehousing, Excel and Tableau dashboards to produce data outputs and analyses. This is an entry-level position in an internal-facing team and you would be supported with internal training resources and by more senior data analysts to help guide you in developing your data analyst skills. The Data Analyst I role is mapped to a dedicated Data & Analytics career framework, which clear development opportunities and career path options.
