About the Role

As a Data Administrator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers receive clean, accurate and reliable data. You don’t need prior technical experience — we’ll give you full training — but you must enjoy working with detail, solving problems, and speaking with customers in a friendly, professional way.

You’ll work closely with our Helpdesk, Customer Success team and engineers to keep customer data flowing smoothly and resolve issues quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Checking, validating and updating customer data to ensure accuracy
  • Investigating data issues and supporting first‑line fixes
  • Logging, managing and resolving tickets related to data or sensors
  • Communicating clearly with customers when information or clarifications are needed
  • Supporting sensor configuration, site set‑ups, and data exports (training provided)
  • Helping maintain internal data tools and dashboards
  • Working closely with colleagues across Operations and Customer Success to keep things running effectively
What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills
  • Detail‑focused — spotting errors comes naturally to you
  • Comfortable speaking to customers over phone and email
  • A quick learner who enjoys understanding how things work
  • Calm and methodical when solving problems
  • Proactive in asking questions and taking ownership

No technical background is needed — just a willingness to learn.

Why Join PFM?
  • Full training and development to build your technical skills
  • Friendly, supportive team environment
  • Private healthcare and wellbeing budget
  • Company pension, life insurance and enhanced leave
  • Opportunities for progression within our Operations and Data Management teams
  • Free parking and hybrid working options
  • Bonus scheme based on performance
