• Proven track record in delivering/managing multiple technical building projects.
• Good working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practice.
• Knowledge of HHSRS risks and relevant legislation/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage larger Damp and Mould cases and complex projects from start to finish.
• Survey and identify building defects and ensure repairs meet deadlines.
• Complete detailed reports for Section 20 notices and claims.
