Overview

Job Title: D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant

Location: Remote, with occasional travel (Can be based in UK, Poland and Sweden)

Job Type: Permanent

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant with a strong background in Finance modules to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in delivering end-to-end implementations, enhancements, and support for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of D365 F&O Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Budgeting, and Project Accounting.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Configure and customise D365 F&O Finance modules to meet client needs.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide functional solutions and documentation.

• Deliver user training, workshops, and UAT support.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

• Support data migration, integration, and testing activities.

• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a D365 F&O (or AX) Finance Functional Consultant.

• Deep knowledge of core Finance modules and finance business processes.

• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

• Experience with full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations.

• Familiarity with LCS, RSAT, Azure DevOps, and other relevant tools.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred but not essential).

• Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with localisations, multi-entity, or multi-currency implementations.

• Knowledge of Power Platform or D365 Supply Chain modules.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
