A leading healthcare provider in Watford is seeking a dedicated Administration Manager to oversee data management systems and support an administration team. The ideal candidate will have administrative qualifications and significant experience in managing teams and working in healthcare settings, ensuring quality standards are maintained. This role requires effective organizational and problem-solving skills, with occasional travel between sites.
This post works with the Team Managers and Service Line Leadership to develop and improve admin services and data management systems within the service area. The post holder will work largely on own initiative with occasional supervision for day-to-day delivery of services, and must be an effective team player to ensure the integration of administrative services. The role includes managing the administration team across West Hertfordshire PCMHS provided by HPFT and involves visiting sites and providing supervision face to face with staff in Borehamwood, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans and Watford. You will support the administration team daily and attend other meetings regularly.
