Job Title: Customs and Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Bolsover, Derbyshire
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Customs and Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy and growing business in Bolsover, Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an enthusiastic team, develop your skills, and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of international trade and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage imports and exports.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers.
  • Resolve customs-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate international trade documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned supply chain processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as domestic and international regulations.
  • Monitor shipment and transport schedules and timelines to secure on-time deliveries.
  • Keep up to date with changes in import-export laws and regulations.
Knowledge and Skills / Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of international trade practices and documentation.
  • Strong administrative background.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • International Trade Diploma (preferred but not essential).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and SAGE X3 (ideally).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
