Overview

Customer Team Member
Location: 27 Littlemore Road, Cowley, OX4 3SS
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, Permanent contract, Part time
Working pattern: Shifts will either be 6am-12pm or 3pm-10pm weekends, to be discussed at interview

What you'll do


  • Friendly and thoughtful service - you\'ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience

  • Work together to make everyone\'s day better - support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members

  • Make sure the store is safe and compliant - keep shelves stocked, and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct

  • Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together

  • Support your local community - get involved in activities and events
