Overview

As a Customer Team Member, you\u2019ll be part of a friendly team that\u2019s dedicated to helping our customers. What you\u2019ll do
  • Friendly and thoughtful service you\u2019ll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience
  • Work together to make everyone\u2019s day better supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members
  • Make sure the store is safe and compliant keep the shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct
  • Help introduce new products and services make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together
  • Support your local community get involved in activities and events
