A leading retail cooperative in Eastbourne is seeking a Customer Team Member to deliver exceptional service and support to customers. This role involves working in shifts, including evenings and weekends, and includes responsibilities like serving customers, supporting colleagues, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and compliant. The ideal candidate will have great people skills and a flexible approach to work. Location: 1-3 Albert Parade, Eastbourne, BN21 1SD
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, 6 month temporary contract, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Role will also include working in our in-store bakery

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers.
