We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Walsallto assist with the appointment of aCustomer Team Leader, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £19.41- £24.53 per hour

Summary:

The Customer Team Leader will lead an operational team of customer advisers, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer experiences aligned with the Councils vision. The role promotes a culture of continuous improvement, digital innovation, and effective people management to meet the evolving needs of the community. The post holder will be instrumental in promoting the values of inclusion, accountability, and professionalism while ensuring service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of customer advisers, encouraging high performance and professional development.

• Drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Educated to Degree/HND level or equivalent experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a customer service environment.

• Evidence of continuous professional development.
