A leading retail organization in Liverpool is seeking a part-time Customer Team Leader to provide excellent customer service and support team development. You will manage store operations and maintain a positive shopping experience. Ideal candidates will possess strong people and organizational skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Customer Team Leader
Location: 2G Myrtle Street, Liverpool, L7 7DP
Pay: £13.99 per hour
Contract: 30 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: 5 varied shifts per week including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll help lead the store team – coaching and supervising Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while delivering great customer service and performing tasks around the store such as restocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
