Overview

Customer Team Leader. Location: 138-144 Lower Luton Road, Batford, Harpenden, AL5 4HA. Pay: £13.99 per hour. Contract: 24 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. Full, paid training provided. We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
