About the Role

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and eager-to-learn Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, helping to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. Whether it’s assisting with project updates, guiding clients through our processes, or simply ensuring a positive experience, your role is vital in maintaining the high standards Dip Developments is known for.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
