Qualifications

About the role.

As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a new Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role will be communicating with our Chinese brands, and you'll be collaborating with both the Customer Support and the Customer Success teams internally to deliver a flawless onboarding process for our clients.

Responsibilities include.
Customer Support
  • Onboarding & Activation of Chinese speaking & Australia based new brands, inclusive of:
  • Gathering assets, and taking brands through "Set-up, Integration, Go Live" process
  • Weekly performance checks
  • Scheduling media launches
Customer Success
  • Optimisation around campaign specific offers and client requirements/partnerships
  • Preparing end of campaign reports and ad- hoc MBRs and QBRs for our Account Managers
  • Daily or weekly conversations on WeChat
  • Cases: value realisation & value protection
  • e2e advertising/campaign delivery
  • Focusing on assessing potential upsell areas
A little bit about you.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese
  • Comfortable working to an China Standard Time Zone in line with our brands.
  • Experience within a Customer Support or Customer Success role specifically within the B2B space
  • Very organised, and able to deal with a fast paced nature.
  • Good communication skills both via calls and via emails
  • Time management is super important; you must be able to manage your own schedule and juggle multiple deadlines at a time.
  • Familiar with Google Suite/Spreadsheets
  • Wechat experience
  • Asana/Salesforce experience.
